HI! It's been two months since my last post. I'm not sure where to start so I'll just post some pictures from our trip to America. We left Sweden, all four of us, the day before Saga's 6th birthday. The flight went great as usual. Much easier actually with Axel along. The first 6 days we hung out at my parents' house, celebrated Saga with a cute bunny cake, and took many walks around Eatonville. We then loaded up Dan's truck and headed on our 10 day road trip. First stop was Bellingham to visit with Brian and Shirley and Steph and Brad. We just couldn't fit in anymore visits than that this time around. Next year I will be sure to see some other special friends as well. Then over to Omak to visit with my Dad's family. They run the resort at Bonaparte Lake. We stayed the night and got to enjoy some yummy food at their restaurant. Great to catch up with them and see that things are working out wonderfully for them all. Back into the truck for a 6 hourish drive to stay in a hotel for the night on our way to visit Daniel and Liz in Sun Valley. They greeted us with homemade pizza and a nice refreshing walk around their beautiful house and backyard hills. Last stop was Livingston, Mt. We stayed 3 nights with Michelle and Bill. Enjoyed the hot springs, visits with friends, and many ducks and geese. Saga got sick the last night so we took off early the next morning hoping to make it to the hotel in Spokane before it hit anyone else.
The camera got dropped in Sun Valley so the pictures stop there. Seems like we didn't take that many pictures anyway.
Axel had another week in Eatonville before flying home. That week was filled with a trip to Cabelas, my birthday, a poker party, and more hang out time. He flew back to Sweden while we stayed on another week. Saga had slumber parties with her cousins and some quality time with grandma.
We've been back for two weeks now and are back on track. It's raining today, which is strange, but for the most part the weather has been great. The kids have dr. appointmets today so we are heading into town to do a few things first. I'm not sure what we are going to do about a camera. Maybe use our old one for a while. The battery just dies so quickly. Going to try and update a little more often. :)
