Pumpkin Carving

We bought a pumpkin yesterday that really needed to be washed. So Saga washed and dried it this morning, and then it was time to carve. I of course did the carving and Saga just said, UCK. She doesn't really like when her hands get gooey. Tonight we will put it on the porch with a candle in it, what fun!!

Saga Loves the Phone

Here is a picture from yesterday. Saga was talking to my mom on the phone about her pumpkins. She wants to talk on the phone all the time, and she really listens and trys to talk back.

Our Trip to Visit Helena

On Tuesday we headed three hours South to visit Saga's Aunt Helena (Arvid's wife). Our good friends Ulrika and Little Axel also were headed that way so we drove down together. The drive went really well, and the stay with Helena was great. She is finishing her last year of college and then gets to move back to Stockholm. We did many things while we were there, including riding the bus to town, playing at the awesome park, and going to the library. The best time though was haning out with Helena in her little dorn room.

Saga loves to have her rubber boots on whenever possible.




Elin turned 2 last Sunday so we were there for her party. Here is a picture of all the girls hanging out in the bedroom (Little Axel too). The other is of Elin, her Dad Tobias, and Saga.

Our neighbor knitted two hats for Saga. This is a traditional Northern Swedish style hat. She also knitted this sweater. She is very talented.

We bought Saga a play tunnel which she can hide in with her babies. Axel also found a way to have fun in the tunnel!



Last weekend Saga went to watch her aunts play basketball. Here she is sitting on teh bleachers with Farmor and little Axel.

Saga Helping Out

Saga finds great joy in using the spray bottle full of vinegar and water to help me clean the floor. I also love her little ponytail.

Saga's New Sandbox

Axel found time one morning to build the best sandbox ever!! We've been wanting one for a while now. Saga has been wondering over to the neighbor's sandbox to play, but she doesn't have to anymore.
