Like I said before, the trip went very well. Saga is a seasoned traveler and was so easy to travel with. We are now in Eatonville relaxing and trying to get over the jet lag.

We're Here

I just wanted to post that we made it to Eatonville safely. The trip couldn't have gone better. Everything was so easy with Saga. I guess the portable DVD player helped until it ran out of batteries. It's a bit rainy today, but we've managed to get out and run around in the grass. I'm not missing the snow yet!

Saga had a lovely birthday. She was very happy with her cupcakes and opening presents is a new favorite thing. It's hard to believe our baby is 2, but I can't say that we haven't enjoyed every second of it. I try everyday to slow down and really be with her. I love that I get to be home to raise her and watch her grow and change. I look forward to anther year!

New Years 2009

Happy New Year! We had a great time eating dinner with friends, unfortuanately Axel wasn't able to make it due to a big storm. He was on call on New Year's Eve so we were prepared when he got the call to come to work. Saga and I went by ourselves but were happily greeted by a bunch of happy faces. It was a nice night with great food. We were home in bed by 11:30 and Axel didn't crawl in until 2:30 a.m. It's been a very busy Holiday Season here. We are VERY happy to get things back to normal. At least for a few weeks before Saga and I head off for America for a month.
